Sixty-six (66) years have passed since we started responding to our customers' needs. Regardless of material, soft or hard, we have owned about 100 units of machineries in accordance with receiving orders and have been processing about 410 tons of round wire corrective cuts monthly in the districts of Ichikawa, Saitama, and Nagoya.
As for the corrective cut, the wire diameter ranges from 15 mm to 0.1 mm with a length of 8500 mm; such diameter and length depend on applications.
To say nothing of the general corrective cut, we have processed, depending on the application, a needle cut used in shafts, etc. that are excellent in cut sections (length=from 4.45 mm to 300 mm), and an ultra-fine wire corrective cut used in medical and electronic components (length=from 0.1 mm to 0.45 mm).
